Project Manager/Business Development

Job Description

The successful candidate must be comfortable with computers, using Word and Excel, well organised and fit in with existing company systems and procedures.

This is a great opportunity for the right person that wants a career in the design and advertising industry with the chance to grow and learn within a young and enthusiastic family based company.

Client facing

Answering the phone, taking enquiries from existing clients, initially attending meetings with a director as a form of introduction, taking notes and help brief the designers.

Project Management

Emailing clients with the costs and designs and progressing each project. Dealing with suppliers (printers etc). Filling in orders for suppliers. Running the schedules, deliveries etc.

Business Development

Keeping in contact with current clients, seeing if we can help them and build on the long term, lasting relationships.

New Business Development (New Clients)

Any enquiries, meet, follow up and supply costs.

Networking

We are members of 6 networking groups, we meet get contacts and follow up.

Handling and growing CO2's client database

Add contacts to and manage the database in Excel, send letters, call and follow up.
